Privacy policy

Your photos stay on your device

SizePrint processes selected images, print layouts and PDFs locally. The app does not send your photos, projects or usage activity to us. It has no account system, advertising SDK, tracking or analytics SDK.

Photo and file access

You choose images through the iOS Photos or Files picker. The app makes its own local copies to keep projects available. It does not change or delete the originals. Deleting a project removes the app’s copies; removing the app removes its local data. Device backups are controlled by iOS and your Apple settings.

Sharing and printing

Sharing, saving or printing a PDF happens only when you request it. A destination app, cloud storage provider or printer you choose may process that file according to its own policies. We do not receive a copy.

Purchases and diagnostics

Apple handles payment for the paid app. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide aggregated store reports and diagnostic information according to your Apple privacy settings and its policies.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you voluntarily include. We use these to respond and resolve support requests. We do not sell them. Contact us to request deletion, subject to any necessary legal record retention.

This website

This support website is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, including IP address, to deliver and secure the site. The site uses no advertising, analytics scripts or cookies set by SizePrint.
